Community Bulk Trash Pick Up

Monthly:  Always the Second Week of the Month

Attention: Pick Up Date for July was the Week of July 10th.   If you have placed garbage/trash items on the curb or street after pick up has occurred, you have 48 hours to remove them before receiving a warning letter.   If the violation is not corrected the next letter received will be a final notice of non-compliance accompanied by fine invoice.  You will be fined $5.00 a day starting from the date of your warning letter to present. Trash and debris CANNOT sit on the street for an entire month.  This is considered a nuisance and violates the communities trash policy.  

Future Bulk Trash Pick Up Dates

Aug -  during the week of the 13th

Sep -  during the week of the 10th

Oct - during the week of the 8th

Community Compliance Drive Throughs are usually conducted after bulk trash pick up anytime  between the 15-20 of the month.  The HOA Board follows up 1 week later to see if the violation has been corrected.  If not corrected the homeowner/renter will receive a courtesy letter for 1st occurrence, warning letter for 2nd occurrence and letter accompanied by a fine invoice for 3rd occurrence.
